Dashboards and reporting
Interactive dashboards in Power BI Desktop, and tabular and paginated reports in Power BI Report Builder and SSRS.
AI agents in the BI stack
Microsoft Copilot agents and agents built on the Agno framework, wired into reporting so routine analysis and workflow steps run without a person driving them.
SQL and data modelling
Complex queries, stored procedures, temp tables and datasets, plus execution plan and index work when reports start running slow.
Workflow automation
Power Automate flows that move data between systems and distribute reporting to the people who need it, without manual handling.
Requirements and delivery
Running the sessions with department heads that turn a vague ask into defined business logic, then building, testing and presenting it back for sign-off.

Copilot and AI agents
Microsoft Copilot agents and Agno framework agents deployed across business functions to automate workflows and support decision making, alongside Power BI performance and data model work on the dashboards they sit on.
WhatsApp automation
Power Automate pipeline that pulls data out of Zoho and Power BI, writes it dynamically to Excel, and distributes the files to Power BI user groups so teams get updates without chasing them.
Subscription model
Reporting that lets stakeholders manage customer subscription fees, with patients categorised as on-board, pending, on-hold or active. Small logic errors here cost real money, so verification against the defined business rules was the job.
Pharma portal
A single view of an entire pharmaceutical company: units produced, sales figures, revenue and patient status. Built by collecting data department by department, agreeing the logic in meetings, then taking the dataset and dashboards through review to sign-off.
Commercial KPI dashboard
Departmental data consolidated, grouped and categorised into a defined KPI set per department, with the grouping rules worked out directly with directors and department heads.
Financial dashboard
Monthly, quarterly and yearly financials showing profit and loss alongside hospital and pharmacy subscriptions, built on a data model agreed with the finance department heads.
Healthcare provider application
A Power BI and Power Apps application for doctors, tracking their patient lists, CPD codes and earnings in one place, rolled out to all providers.
SQL optimisation
Stored procedure execution plans reworked and indexes applied to temp tables, so tabular reports that had become slow returned data in usable time again.
